Sacramento River Property Owners' Association

The Sacramento Riverfront Property Owners' Association (SRPOA) is a voluntary, non-profit association of residents and property owners along the Garden Highway in Sacramento and Sutter Counties. The Association's purpose is to share information about common issues, such as flood control and local development.

EMAIL SAFCA BOARD!!

Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (SAFCA) is currently in its second step of approving a plan which will greatly affect Garden Hwy and properties. The severity of change to each property is different, but overall there is significant impact.

SRPOA is asking every resident to do what they can and become involved in this process.

Points to consider in sending a note:

1) Unfair & Unrealistic schedule.

2) Raising levee three feet can result in flooding of GH Residents

3) Power poles have no busines in our front yard.

4) Slurry wall can impact water wells. Same depth, same water table.

5) Construction at all hours and rates.

6) Taking of land neighbor houses!
